From the Handset

• Step 1: Dial *126*1#
• Step 2: Choose 5 – My Account
• Step 3: Choose 5 – Identifiant Web

From the web interface

• Step 4: Enter url: https://mobilemoney.mtncameroon.net
• Step 5: Enter phone number: 77551732; press log OnThe following message appears on the screen.

“Please go to My Web Login under My Security on your Mobile Money phone menu and enter the following number: 947428you have 120 seconds to complete this request.”

Back to Handset

• Step 6: Choisir Identifiant We
• Step 7: Enter code above as Identifiant Web
• Step 8: Enter PIN CodeConnexion web reussie

Back to Web Interface

• Go to Statement Enquiries
• Select Date Range Then Next
• Select a transaction – External Payment
• Transaction details
• Printable Version – Popup windows appears – then Print.
